I don’t recall how it goes in the anime, but in the manga, Makoto doesn’t even become Sailor Jupiter until she’s defeated the monster by picking it up over her head and slamming it into the ground. As a fourteen-year-old girl. And the first thing she does upon becoming Sailor Jupiter is fry the monster’s boss with lightning.

So, basically, don’t even think about messing with her. She will end you, and then have a cuddle with her friends.
